Reporting to the Director of Business Development, you will carry out the below duties :
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
- Manage and grow relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the adhesives sector, targeting industrial, construction markets in the country
- Lead, motivate, and manage the local sales team to meet performance targets.
- Conduct market research to stay informed on competitors, market trends, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and technical support teams to provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market analysis for management.
The Successful Applicant
Minimum 6 years of experience as an Area Sales Manager covering local distribution of adhesives, paint chemicals in Cameroon is required
Excellent fluency in English & French is required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing is a plus
Excellent leadership, negotiation skills
Strong proven track record of selling adhesives within the geographic market in Cameroon is preferred
Must be willing to work out of Yaoundé
