Mission / Core purpose of the Job
The Graduate Sales will be responsible for assisting the sales team in achieving sales targets, conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining customer relationships. You will also be involved in preparing sales presentations, attending sales meetings, and participating in sales training programs.

The Graduate Sales will be accountable to the following objectives :
- Support the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities;
- Assist in developing commercial proposals, presentations, and client pitches;
- Conduct market research to analyze trends and competitor activities;
- Help manage customer accounts and foster long-term relationships;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery;
- Prepare reports on sales performance and market insights.
Job Requirements (Education, Experience and Competencies)
Education :
Minimum 3 Year Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.Experience :
Newly qualified Finance Graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience (internships included);Experience in Telecom industry is an advantage;Proactive attitude with a keen interest in sales and commercial strategy;Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a multicultural environment.Soft Skills :
Strong analytical and organizational skills;Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines;Good communication and teamwork abilities;Language : Fluency in French (written and spoken) is required; working knowledge of English is an advantage.
