With global operations across Asia, Africa, the company is focused on maintaining a sustainable distribution channel within Africa. Due to the expansion of their business, they are currently seeking an Area Sales Manager to develop their local distribution channels in Yaound&eacute;, Cameroon.< / p><p>Reporting to the Director of Business Development, you will carry out the below duties : < / p><ul><li>Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.< / li><li>Manage and grow relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.< / li><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities within the adhesives sector, targeting industrial, construction markets in the country< / li><li>Lead, motivate, and manage the local sales team to meet performance targets.< / li><li>Conduct market research to stay informed on competitors, market trends, and customer needs.< / li><li>Collaborate with marketing, product development, and technical support teams to provide tailored solutions.< / li><li>Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market analysis for management.< / li>< / ul><p><br><br>< / p><p>Local competitive package + benefits + allowances< / p><p><strong>Minimum 6 years of experience as an Area Sales Manager covering local distribution of adhesives, paint chemicals in Cameroon is required< / strong><br><strong>Excellent fluency in English &amp; French is required< / strong><br>Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing is a plus<br>Excellent leadership, negotiation skills<br>Strong proven track record of selling adhesives within the geographic market in Cameroon is preferred<br>Must be willing to work out of Yaound&eacute;< / p>
