Maviance PLC is engaging in its expansion phase in Cameroon and within the CEMAC (Central African) region with the goal of establishing the company as the #1 leading player in the Fintech and Digital Financial space.

To accompany us in this light, we are in need of a proactive and detail-oriented Territory Sales Coordinator to support our sales efforts across designated regions. The ideal candidate shall report to the Head of Agent Network and will facilitate client engagements, coordinate sales activities, and help drive revenue growth within their territory.

Responsibilities include but not limited to;

  • Assist the sales team in executing strategic plans within assigned territories.
  • Coordinate scheduling of sales meetings, demos, and client visits.
  • Support lead generation and prospecting efforts in targeted regions.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipelines in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with marketing to implement regional campaigns and initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support, including reporting on sales metrics and performance.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the territory.

Requirements

  • HND in Marketing, sales, or any retaletd domain or social science
  • Prior experience in sales coordination, inside sales, or account management, preferably within Fintech or financial services
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of the Fintech industry and financial products
  • Knowledge of B2B sales process and B2C Sales process
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed
