With this objective in mind, we are currently searching for a talented and adaptable individual to assume the role of UI / UX design intern from April to September 2025 . You will play a crucial part in designing products which meets he needs of our customers.

Your main duties and responsibilities for this role include :

  • Assist in designing wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces for Maviance’s products (web & mobile).
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to enhance user experiences.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback to improve UI / UX elements for better functionality and engagement.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of designs
  • Design user flows that optimize the experience of customers
  • Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components for our products
  • Optimize UI designs for responsiveness, accessibility, and security
  • Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate user journeys functionalities.
  • Assist in defining and refining user personas based on research user behaviors.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging visuals
  • Stay updated on industry trends, fintech regulations, and best practices in UI / UX design for financial services.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

MUST : Excellent command of English & French Language : Reading, Writing, Speaking

  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in UI / UX design or a similar role
  • Intermediate knowledge of design tools like Figma
  • Understanding of UI / UX principles, wireframing, and prototyping.
  • Ability to design for web, mobile, and responsive applications
  • Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing such as surveys, interviews, A / B testing,
  • Strong creativity, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Interest in fintech, digital payments, and financial technology design.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and accept feedback constructively.
  • A portfolio (even if academic or personal projects) showcasing design skills is a plus.
  • Fluent in English for documentation and proficiency in French for cross-team collaboration
