- Job Title: Administration Manager

Key Responsibilities
1. Infrastructure and Equipment Management
- Oversee the maintenance of buildings, facilities and equipment;
- Ensure the smooth operation of facilities (electricity, water, air conditioning, etc.);
- Plan and monitor maintenance and refurbishment work.
2. Logistics and General Services Management
- Organise internal services (cleaning, security, transport, catering, etc.);
- Manage stocks of supplies and consumables;
- Manage the vehicle fleet.
3. Supplier Management
- Select, negotiate with and monitor suppliers (maintenance, security, etc.);
- Monitor the quality of services provided;
- Manage contracts and renewals.
4. Budget Management
- Draw up and monitor the general services budget;
- Optimise costs whilst ensuring the quality of services;
- Report on expenditure.
5. Team management
- Supervise and coordinate the general services team.
Required profile
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Logistics, Maintenance, or equivalent
Experience
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role;
- Fully bilingual;
- Experience in team management and managing service providers.
Technical skills
- Proficiency in logistics management and general services;
- Basic knowledge of budget management;
- Monitoring maintenance and insurance;
